Welcome to Aceh Tsunami Digital Repository

The devastated earthquake and tsumami wave, that hit Aceh on 26 December 2004 and the process of the rehabilitation and the reconstruction post tsunami, has delivered us a huge number of information for the comnunity of Aceh and the world community that come to assist.The information is tremendously valuable, if it is viewed from the point of view of history, knowledge and education in the corridor of disaster risk reduction.

In line with this, the Tsunami and Disaster Mitigation Research Center-TDMRC- Unsyiah, Banda Aceh has established one of great ideas in form of digital based information,that is entitled Aceh Tsunami Digital Repository (ATDR).
